Details:
This view is from Cerro Santa Lucía – a hill in the middle of Santiago. The mountain backdrop is more visible when it has rained, and cleared out the air pollution, but I was there during a drought – so the mountains are barely visible.
I love panoramas like this, that show much of a city but let you zoom in to see people and houseplants on balconies.
