Details:
This view is from Cerro San Cristóbal – a very tall hill with a funicular on one side, a cable lift on another side and, of course, a church on top.
The mountain backdrop is more visible when it has rained, and cleared out the air pollution, but I was there during a drought – so the mountains are barely visible.
This shows a lot of the city, but you can zoom in to see cars and people walking in the street.
